i returned my bottles for my refund. was given a confirmation number and everything. got one of my refunds but not the one. called customer service many times and they wont really answer my questions as to why i have not recieved my money. asked if i could talk to the manager and they are always telling me that he is not in or he is busy or there is no way to transfer my calls to him. all they keep telling me is to keep waiting 7-10 days. i have waited almost three weeks. they gave me the coporate email address but did not work so i called them back and tried to tell them and all they could say is call back we are updating our system about the second in one day.
