    Lean Spa products ordered in March with a 30 day trial period. Billed for both products new shipment before trial bottles even recieved (no trial period at all). Immediately cancelled and provided RMA numbers on March 28th with response that refund would be processed. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered/left on hold, finally on June 2nd recieved email confirmaiton that refund was approved and I should recieve with 10 business days.     Ordered the free supply of leanspa. Product did not work for me. Called to cancel my order, followed automated system to cancel all following orders. The automated system did not work, and I received the next supply anyway.   • Stop my shipments!

    Leanspa will NOT answer their phone, nor respond to emails. I have been trying for four months to get my monthly shipments stopped and their is no way I can get this done.     I have been trying for four months to stop the monthly shipments of weight loss pills. I call almost daily and have used their automated "cancel your order feature" and the bottle still keeps showing up each month and they keep charging my credit card.     I have had one of the WORST customer service experiences EVER. This company is absolutely TERRIBLE with customer service. Today I spoke to a rep that barely spoke English, I asked for a supervisor and was told none were available. Second call I was disconnected when I asked for a supervisor, on third call, rep did try to help and did transfer me to supervisor, but all were rude.     purchased online in april the 14 day trial arrived fine. no shipment in may when i called they said they were shipping products that day. no product in may arrived wouldn't return calls or answer through emails or phone. june billed my bank for 3 79.99 increments at once. had to speand nearly 40 minutes on the phone to get the rms number and i have to pay two shipping & handling charges to ship it back. oddly enough the product wasn't a scam, it worked well. the company's policies shipping/returns/refunds/etc basicly all aspect of the running of this business is the...     Typical type of business that lures you into getting a free trial on their products. When you give your credit card number for what is presented as just to cover your shipping fees you are actually signing up for regular monthly deliveries at $160.     I tried very hard to talk to someone about my account,I was disconnected 3 times,my problem is, I sent back $239.97 worth of product, didn`t even open the container, tried to get my money back & cause I didn`t have the tracking number, I was told there was no way to prove they got it. they should tell the people that do not use a computer, if you send the product back you have to have the tracking number.     1) The product is not effective. I went through the trial bottle and saw zero change in body weight. 2) Company has terrible support. My first call to them had me on hold 45 minutes. Second call, I was on hold 30 minutes.     A note to anyone who has ordered LeanSpa and the leanSpa Cleanse. Each product has a seperate account number so yoiu have to make sure you cancel both accounts.     I too wish I would have checked reviews before ordering. LeanSpa charged my credit card $160 before I received my "trial" order. They then charged my account an additional $160. Yesterday I called to cancel and was on-hold FOR OVER AN HOUR before some distinctly foreign call-center person tried to speak English to cancel my account.     Well my only mistake was actually ordering this stuff without researching it first; I'm never doing that again. Fortunately, the day after I order it I researched it fully and found all the negative reviews. i returned my bottles for my refund. was given a confirmation number and everything. got one of my refunds but not the one. called customer service many times and they wont really answer my questions as to why i have not recieved my money. asked if i could talk to the manager and they are always telling me that he is not in or he is busy or there is no way to transfer my calls to him. all they keep telling me is to keep waiting 7-10 days. i have waited almost three weeks. they gave me the coporate email address but did not work so i called them back and tried to tell them and all they could say is call back we are updating our system about the second in one day.

My father had a heart attack the second day of taking these pills. He was a healthy 59 year old man. He was not overweight, did not have high cholesterol, and exercises daily. He took two of these pills two hours before being admitted to the hospital with chest pains and heart palpitations. 1/2 hour after being admitted to the ER he went into sudden cardiac arrest and died on the table. Took 6 shocks and 45 minutes to revive him. It is day 4 and he is still in critical condition. Were these pills responsible? I cannot say for sure at the moment. Does anyone really think they are going to "melt away fat" by taking a bunch of pills that are not regulated or researched? YOU WILL NOT LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT EXERCISING AND REDUCING CALORIC INTAKE. These people are stealing your money, selling you shit in pill, and telling you your butt will look great (they can tell you it will make you look like jesus as long as there is a little statement saying "these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA..." Wake up people, because at the moment, I'm not sure if my dad will.

This is a BIG SCAM!!! 10 days after ordering this they charged my credit card 79.99 twice!!. This is going to be a big fight with them to get my money back. I have followed all of their rules to cancel and send back. I sent the packages back certified so they have to sign for them. When I called and finally got someone on the line they acted like they were suppose to charge for the trial.This is not what the info tells you when you sign up. I ordered my trial size of LeanSpa and Cleanse before seeing all of these complaints. So, I opened the ticket when I got my email comfirmation that they sent the product to me--which I received very quickly--I just replied to them "NO AUTOMATIC SHIPMENTS!". I wrote that I had just seen all of the complaints against them and now I'm very leery. I said I want no automatic shipments and if I want to reorder their product I will contact them. I automatically received an email reply that no shipments will be sent unless at my request and any charges will be removed from my credit card. (Hopefully this will happen or I will call my credit card company.)Again, product received very quickly and also email replies from the company received very quickly.

They took 80.00 dollars out of my account without an email or to my knowlage. I was on the phone seems like all day to figure out what was going on. FINALLY after hours of hanging up and holding I got a real person who was no help!!! Now I get my credit card statement, and there is another $1.95 charge. I called lean spa, and they said it was a "computer glitch" and a bunch of people were charged. She said we were supposed to get refund by Friday. We'll see. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company anyway, and will change card numbers if I have to!!

This is a blatantly obvious unethical group of scam artists and they need to be taken out. Everything that others have reported has happened to me. Months ago I actually got a voice on the other end, almost fainted. By that time I was enraged. I asked the "customer service" agent if they were aware that they worked for an evil company. I asked to speak to a manager. I had to insist several times because the agent refused saying the managers were "busy". I said I bet they were busy getting reamed by other customers. I said I would wait all day if I had to, to speak with a manager. Long story short I finally did speak to someone. Got the same rap as everyone else. You should just logically call them out on every senseless garbage they try to feed you. It is easy as they are an ignorant group of cheats. All this happened months ago. It was resolved for the "19.95 rate, took them weeks to credit my account but guess what? Today I check my account and find a charge for 1.95! For what and why? I called my bank and had to cancel my card. I suggest anyone who has given their card number to these people to cancel your card because God only knows what they are doing with them! TOTAL SCAM!!!!! Before I got the product I was charged from Youth Nutrition. This is where the pill cames from. I was charged 106.94 plus international fees! I asked them what this was and they said your automatically charged but we have cancelled and you will not received anymore charges. I asked them where they were from since the international fees; they could not tell me. Really?? This is from Alex and Claire. Yesterday I get charged 79.99 from Lean Spa. Got a hold of Diane and she said I cancelled my order yesterday. I told her about Youth Nutrition and she has never heard of them!!! I told her you need to tell upper mgmt what is going on since they are using your phone number, and sening out the pills. Also, she has never heard of Alex of Claire. So now I have to go to the bank and cancel my card and fill out fraudulant papers on Youth Nutrition!

Thanks everyone for the info I placed an order today for $2 trial buy reading this I called and canceled thankfully before the order could even ship, and the $2 charge was removed. So glad I found this.

total scam, they tell you that youre getting a free 30 day free trial and then hide the fact in the agreement that you have 14 days to cancel... then charge you $80 before you know whether it works or not... read the small print! do not do this, it is a typical tv/internet scam. go to a local super supplements so you can deal with a face in your town, not some participant on the other end of the line!!!! they will not refund your money, -even if you don't like it, it's gonna cost you $20...

Please beware - this company is a scam!!! Before you know it they will take $80 out of your account. Customer service sucks - do not purchase anything from this company!!!

leanspa is a real joke, you should stop tell people that they have the opportunity for a free 30 day trial. You are taking peoples money that they dont have to throw away. THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY STINKS
