Was charged after canceling the product that hadn't been shipped (only processed,)was told i could keep the product for $19.99 even though original price was $4.98 and that I would be charged $79.99 if I didn't cancel again within 14 days. Credit card has already been charged......THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF. BE FOREWARNED!!!!

I am being charged $1.95 at least twice this pay period, I cancelled several months ago and I haven't paid attention to it because of the small amount taken. I will look at past statements to confirmed whether they have been taking money out.
I can't reach anyone on the phone unless I want to wait for a 1/2 hour.
I know this product didn't do what said on t.v. Dissappointing!

Iam in a similar situation. Was charged in June after cancelling in April. Was told a check would be sent in 8 to 10 weeks. Still haven't received anything.
